Eldoret

The University of Baraton, Eastern Africa is located 50 minutes south of Eldoret. It is in the countryside. This is at the beginning of the drive just down the road from UEAB, and turning onto the main road leading to Eldoret. It is market day once a week in various communities. Regardless of market day, animals roam the roads. How they keep track of them, I don't know.

I LOVE this bread!  "Chapati" is often eaten with rice and beans.

Mangos are SO plentiful there, they puree them for drink. Every day.
